Deposits:
In order to confirm your booking a deposit is required of one half of the total booking cost (The exception is for ONE NIGHT bookings noted below).  Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than three months from your expected arrival date. However we will make every effort to replace your booking and if we are successful we will and return your deposit in full.

Final Payments:
The balance of your booking is due on your Arrival Date. 
 

​Confirmation of RESERVATION:

Once we are in receipt of your Deposit we will forward a confirmation of booking to your email address setting out the details of your reservation.

Check In and Check Out Times:

Check in is 4:00 p.m. on your Arrival Date and 11:00 a.m. on your Check Out date.

​ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS:
We are FULL SERVICE cottages and as such focus to accommodate those wanting a minimum 4 night stay with all the home like conveniences included. However if you are looking for a place to lay your head for the night and are unable to schedule a hotel room or bed and breakfast on our island we will do our best to accommodate you under the following provisions:  

                                - 1 BEDROOM $150/NIGHT

                                - 3 BEDROOM $200/NIGHT

                                - DEPOSIT FOR ONE NIGHT STAYS TO BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING 

                                - CANNOT BE BOOKED MORE THEN ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE
